Blackwell Digital's Custom Branded Landing Page Giveaway 2024

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legally registered businesses operating in The United States. Entrants must be 18 years or older as of their entry date.
Promotion Period: The giveaway begins on January 1st, 2024 at 12:00am and ends on December 31st, 2024 at 11:59pm.

How to Enter: Participants must complete the entry form available here, providing necessary business information. Entries will be accepted throughout the promotion period.

Selection Process: Twenty-four (24) winners will be selected for the year. Selection will be based on the suitability of the business for the service, as determined by Blackwell Digital. This is not a random drawing.

Prize Details: Winners will receive the design and development of one custom brochure-ware landing page. This includes custom design and content, but does not include logo creation or any services beyond the scope of a simple landing page. URL and Domain hosting will be additional service. Mail Additional services will incur extra costs.

Hosting Plan Agreement: Winners must sign an annual hosting agreement with Blackwell Digital prior to claiming their prize. The hosting plan is a separate cost and is not included in the giveaway prize.

General Conditions: The giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Blackwell Digital reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if necessary.

Liability Release: By entering, participants release Blackwell Digital from any claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt/use of the prize.

Privacy: Information submitted is subject to Blackwell Digital’s Privacy Policy.
